What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure and operating components of a home.

What is the cost of a home inspection?

The prices for an inspection for a condo start at a minimum of $225 to $375 and town homes go from $295 to $400. Homes are $300 and up depending on square footage. Contact us for pricing on any commercial building.

How long does an inspection take?

The average time is approximately 2-4 hours.

Does the inspection carry a warranty?

No. It is an opinion of the condition of the home at the time of the inspection. However, a home warranty on systems and appliances is available at an additional cost.

What does inspection do for a buyer?

A trained inspector will point out areas of concern during the inspection as well as educate you, the buyer, as to the proper care and maintenance procedures. This information will assist you in making an unemotional, intelligent, and informed purchase decision. A professional home inspection will also provide you with a feeling of security and peace of mind regarding one of the largest investments of a lifetime. Classic Home Inspection Service highly recommends buyers to be present at the inspection. If it is not possible to attend the inspection, we will follow up the report with a telephone call to review our findings with you.

What does inspection do for a seller?

Do you know the condition of your roof, attic, electrical wiring, furnace, air conditioner, foundation and any number of other items? Let a professional home inspector provide you with helpful information and assist in filling out the report. Save time, money and reduce your liability by having a pre-sale home inspection.
